I was there not too long ago myself, and I had no idea what it was. I felt lost, had panic attacks, and an irrational fear over my future. It wasn’t until I started seeing a therapist that I realized what I had was social anxiety, and from there on, I started exploring ways to help myself. Through my journey of healing, I discovered yoga, which brings me to here. Yoga taught me mental endurance, to stop making decisions based on fear, and gave me a taste of what it means to go after your dreams --- by taking control of my own mind.
And here I am, a yoga teacher, mental health advocate and millennial entrepreneur who has overcome fear, anxiety and my own self-doubt, and created something beyond my own imagination.
